On September 28, 2012, Manuel was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award from President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, the President of Mexico in Morelia. Manuel receives recognition at minute 37.

Early August 2011, our favorite pop star, Tiffany, performed on Good Morning America wearing Manuel. She also showcases the original accessories of our own Shawn-Michelle Le Fleur!
In December of 2005, Manuel’s 50 State Jacket Collection, “Star Spangled Couture,” debuted at Nashville’s Frist Center. This video, narrated by long-time friend and client Linda Ronstadt, played at the exhibit.

Once upon a time, people were interested in producing a reality T.V. show about Manuel, his studio and the clients and people involved in his life. “House of Manuel” was a working title, and while the show fell through, we have a great mini-pilot (above) to remember the experience!
